For first 11 years Jesse’s career he was with a national staffing company achieving the role of Vice President toward the end of those 11 years. The last 11 years have been spent as an entrepreneur, starting founding of his own search and staffing company, and then acquiring two other search firms in the Delaware Valley, with the most recent acquisition being Network Search.

Executive Consultant Barry Schlecker, is a successful businessman who has been a veteran of the personnel industry for over three decades. He's the founder and director of two longstanding business lead groups which provide a wealth of information and business connections.
